Good to know
You should be comfortable walking 5 to 7 hours on consecutive days. No technical climbing is involved, but the altitude makes fitness matter.
The itinerary builds in two dedicated acclimatisation days and follows a climb-high-sleep-low rhythm. Your guide carries a pulse oximeter and first-aid kit.
